Plus, FREE SHIPPING by UPS Ground (3-7 days for delivery from date of shipment) for deliveries made to customers in United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, on all orders made for in-stock items totaling over $375. Standard Shipping
Standard UPS Ground shipping (3-7 days for delivery from date of shipment) is available. Standard ground shipping & handling rates apply with a minimum $14.98 shipping and handling charge on all purchases shipped via UPS Ground in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
NEW – Now shipping to Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom. Standard UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping or USPS shipping plus handling fees apply.
Please contact us for custom shipping options, quotes and orders. Additional shipping documentation, port of entry fees/duties and customs requirements may be required for resellers. Duties and related-fees may be applicable for International shipping destinations beyond our standard shipping and handling costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Expedited shipping via UPS 2-Day Air (2 days for delivery from date of shipment) is available as well. Expedited shipping rates apply with a minimum of $24.95 shipping and handling charge on all purchases shipped via UPS 2-Day Air in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping - Delivery Method & Timing
Standard in-stock items shipped via UPS Ground from our U.S. distribution center will be processed and delivered in approximately 3-7 business days from receipt of your order (USA). Standard in-stock items shipped via UPS 2-Day Air from our U.S. distribution center will be processed and delivered in approximately 3-4 business days (Additional delivery times maybe be applicable for U.S. destinations such as Alaska and Hawaii as well as International destinations within Canada and Mexico.
On occasion, we will use local or regional shipping/delivery companies depending on the shipping cost as well as the number, size and type of items being shipped to help minimize shipping expenses to our customers when possible. If any issues with your shipment should arise, we will contact you promptly.
While we work hard to keep popular items in stock, there may be times that standard items are temporarily out-of-stock. Backordered items may ship separately from in-stock items and separate shipping and tracking information will be provided for each shipment. We will contact you promptly to verify your order and arrange for a later delivery date on backordered items, should this be the case.

Please Contact Us immediately (within 3 business days) of receiving your shipment should any of your goods arrive broken or damaged and we will handle the issue promptly.

But, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused, undamaged product(s) in original and secure packaging for a full refund, exchange or store credit within thirty days (30) days of the original shipping date. Plus, we will also provide you with free shipping for your return as part of our Guarantee.

Any returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Please note, any payment discounts earned at time of original purchase will be adjusted to appropriate levels based on return and/or exchange amounts. All discounted or clearance merchandise is not returnable and is sold “as is”. Special orders and made-to-order products are not returnable, unless there is a manufacturer defect or deficiency that is deemed unacceptable by Flat Earth Imports’ personnel. In such cases, Flat Earth Imports’ Customer Service will work with you to find a suitable replacement or solution. Other issues, if they should arise, will be handled on a case-by-case basis and addressed by Flat Earth Imports’ Customer Service personnel as appropriate and/or necessary.
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within thirty (30) business days of receiving your return, which should appear on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
Special Orders
Special orders average 8-12 weeks for delivery from the original order date depending on the item(s) ordered. Flat Earth Imports may require a 50% non-refundable down payment to originate a special order, and the remaining 50% will be charged at the time of shipment from Flat Earth Imports to your store. Special orders and made-to-order products are not returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect or deficiency that is deemed unacceptable by Flat Earth Imports’ personnel. In such cases, Flat Earth Imports’ Customer Service will work with you to find a suitable replacement or solution.

We accept all major forms of payment including cash, check and credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). All sales are FOB Flat Earth Imports in Bozeman, Montana. Therefore, shipping, handling, and taxes (if applicable) are in addition to the cost of products purchased from Flat Earth Imports, unless otherwise noted.
